BREAST IMPLANT REPLACEMENT
When breast shape and volume no longer meet the desired aesthetic standards or prosthetic implants lose their shape and consistency- folds (rippling) create uncomfortable contours, breast palpability becomes unnatural and mobility abnormal- breast implant replacement is resorted to.
The treatment consists of the insertion of soft and supple state-of-the-art silicone-based cohesive gel prostheses (hypoallergenic material by definition), textured, round or half-moon and in different anatomical planes that give a more pleasing appearance and projection in different positions-retroglandular, submuscular, partially submuscular, dual-plane- depending on different physical conformation.
If the patient has it, a quantity of fat is taken from areas of accumulation that is reimplanted in the breast: a perfection of palpation and touch is achieved that makes a treated breast indistinguishable from a natural one.

Before the breast replacement surgery, all blood and ECG tests must be carried out as requested during the first visit. The risks related to general anesthesia, in which numerous drugs are administered and one’s breathing is governed by artificial machinery, are thus completely eliminated. Sedation, on the other hand, allows you to maintain your natural breathing. This allows you to have a recovery and a return to social life much faster.
