My name is Mattia Colli and I was born in Novara in April of 1986; I am graduated in Law, I have a master in Crimimology and Forensic Legal Studies and I am graduated in Medicine and Surgery with full marks. Subsequently I obtained the State Examination for qualification to practice the surgery profession with full marks.

I trained surgically at the prestigious aesthetic medical clinics of Bangkok, San Paulo and Paris (private clinics of Aesthetic Surgery). In 2012 I was appointed from Prof. Carlo Ventura the position of associate researcher in stem cells from adipose tissue sector. We have developed different medical devices and protocols for the processing of adipose tissue for the extraction and study of stem cells.

I have developed a aesthetic surgical technique called “Gluteoplasty Reverse”, a very high definition and deep liposuction technique for aesthetic results to the buttocks. The Reverse Lipostructure is an exceptional method for those who want to achieve an optically sculped buttock without use implant or reabsorbable derma fillers.

Since 2013 I perfected and improved the intramuscular combined gluteoplasty augmentation up to the new current “Total Submuscular Gluteoplasty Augmentatioin” technique using implants, in which the gluteal implant is fully covered by the gluteus maximus muscle, offering a much more natural result respect the intramuscular technique, that was initially discovered in Brazil in the 90s, and which still present for different uses and muscle animations today.

On May 12^th of 2021, the International Journal of Plastic Reconstructive Surgery (PRP) agreed to the drafting of my own bespoke protocols, written in the winter of 2018, and the subsequent publication in the international medical literature: the manuscript “Buttocks volume augmentation with submuscular implants : 100 cases series”. I think that the new age of gluteoplasty augmentation with implant can begin: the new technique is safe, fast and less invasive than the intramuscular one.

I am currently carrying working on the second clinical studies for the replacement gluteal implant from intramuscular to submuscular position, developing the first unique technique in the world.

At the end of 2013 I invented a unique method a neck lifting: the first surgical method in the world which involves anchoring the platysma muscle to the mastoid periosteal tissue using an artificial ligament using the “BackBraid Lift with Unlimited Artificial Ligament”. The technique is soft, inextensible, permanent and isolated by a fibroblast capsule (as for the breast implant for example) and offer unlimited and permanent tension over time, offering much more stable results compared to any other neck facelift. The drafting and subsequent publication of the method at the level of scientific journals was showed cased in summer 2021, in order to make the technique public to colleagues.

I perfected the eyes and face lift technique with endoscopy (no visible scars) fixing some strategic points of face tissue: my evolution technique is a surgical method for a very natural and harmonious rejuvenation from the periocular aesthetic unit to the midface and it is indicated not only for facial rejuvenation in middle-age patient but also to young people who desire a more oriental and sensual almond-shaped eye with the temple and the tail of the eyebrow tissue well lift.

Since 2012 I dedicated and focusing into the expansion of surgical application in Regenerative Medicine and Surgery: I was elected as instructor of Lipogems Systema and faculty member.

I have been speaking at numerous international congresses and workshops: lecturer in courses aimed at specialists he still holds technical, theoretical and practical demonstrations in the surgical room. At the end of 2018 I expanded the concept with SEFFI (Superficial Enhanced Fat Fluid Injection) system and certifying the application as the much higher than lipoaspirate processing devise in world market. I discovered that the infranatant tissue derived from the micronized and purified collection of adipose tissue, leads it to further clinical applications with unique regenerative result. I am the author of the scientific publication relating to the discovery of hair preservation and regrowth, describes the new method in the International Medicine Journal.

Currently I’m managing the scientific research of Neurogel En Marche Association for spinal cord chronic injury with hADSCs from lipoaspirate. I published the paper “Neuroprotection, Recovery of Function and Endogenous Neurogenesis in Traumatic Spinal Cord Injury Following Transplantation of Activated Adipose Tissue”: I have shown how to obtain a new non-expanded fat tissue product ready for autologous use setting. Tt can pave the way for new approaches and paradigms in the rescue of diseased tissues, in the context of personalized (autologous) and large-scale (allogeneic) regenerative medicine.

Since 2012 I had also been involved in the opening and management of a surgical clinic and medical facilities. I perform private training for young doctors who want to learn the most modern methods in Aesthetic Medicine and Surgery.

One more interesting thing about me that I use the less invasive Anesthesia protocol in most of my Aesthetic Surgeries, that allows the patient to choose the analog-deep-sedation respect the general anesthesia.
